DIY: Geometric Bib Necklace

[ENG] It's been a while since the last DIY project so today I decided to bring you this lovely necklace from Sugar and Cloth. It looks wonderful in fluor colours but if you don't want to risk that much, just choose another Sculpey clay colour.

You'll need:

• Adjustable necklace chain
• Jump rings (sized accordig to your chain of choice)
• Sculpey clay
• Smooth bladed knife
• Toothpick
• Needle
• Kitchen roller/clay smoothing tool 

Soften the clay with your hands and give it the shape you prefer. Flatten it onto your work surface using a kitchen roller or a smoothing tool. Next use the knife to cut the edges as you please and giving the geometric pattern using the toothpick. When done, use a needle to create holes for the chain. Bake it in the oven following the instructions and when is cold again you can add your chain. Nice!

[CAT] Ja han passat uns dies desde l'últim DIY així que avui he decidit dur-vos aquest que vaig trobar a Sugar and Cloth. Queda molt bé en colors flúor però si no voleu arriscar-vos tant només és qüestió de canviar de color de la pasta fimo i llestos.

Necessitareu:

• Cadena ajustable
• Argolles per la cadena (tamany segons el tamany de cadena escollida)
• Fimo (pasta de modelar)
• Ganivet no molt afilat
• Escuradents
• Agulla
• Corró de cuina o eina per treballar el fimo

Abans que res, escalfeu una mica amb les mans la pasta fimo i doneu-li la forma que volgueu. Amb l'ajuda del corró l'aplaneu i li doneu el gruix adecuat (no massa fi perquè no es trengui). Amb l'ajuda del ganivet talleu les cantonades i comenceu a formar les figures geomètriques (per això, és millor l'escuradents). Quan acabeu, utilitzeu l'agulla per foradar la pasta i així posar la cadena al final. Poseu al forn seguint les instruccions del fabricant i quan ja sigui freda de nou, ja podeu posar-hi la cadena.
